I would add that in a 30 minute lesson, the coach should give 100% attention to the pupil for the whole 30 minutes, because 30 minutes is not a long time.  An alternative is to make up for any lost time at the end of the lesson, but given that coaches often have back to back lessons, this doesn't seem practical unless their whole session's lessons are delayed.

Thanks so much ——Ms black .

My friend said spice has 80 people on ice .
My kid issue is crowd phobia .
It was quite ok in the summer .
Now public ice looks like 80-100 people .

The kid didn’t tell me all these about this coach  until last night . We had maybe 10-15 lessons with her already so far .
I told her bye bye politely .
She has no remorse &  saying all my kiddo ‘s complaints are normality on ice rink.

Because it’s such a small world  I politely said bye bye .

And found a smaller ice rink for 4/5 am sessions when no one is there .
