How do adult competitions work?
« on: February 17, 2017, 04:37:07 pm »
I found something somewhere about different categories - gold, silver, bronze and pre bronze. I now can't find the info anywhere and I'm finding the NISA website quite a maze! So I'm wondering what are the requirements for these levels?
Thanks for your help

Here's the link to the BACs which gives the criteria for each level.  You will see that you either have to have a certain NISA level or have previously had over a competition score in the level you wish to enter within the last 18 months.

Normally there are age categories as well as the levels.

In some qualifiers (there were none this year) there were no criteria and you could choose to enter the level you considered to be appropriate to your current standard.  I still have a copy of the Welsh Open Adult Dance 2014 announcement where this was the case.
