Hi guys, i couldnt find a proper answer for this so i thought i would post it here..
Basically, i have a problem with left foot. I always feel a pain every time i do a salchow jump. As soon as i three turn and jump from that left foot, i always felt a pain and its painful and it only happens if i do that jump... So jumping / taking off from left foot is where i have the problem
i have adjusted my boots several times , but still the same.. Other jumps like walts jump, cherry flip, flip im alright. its just that jump from salchow.
if you have any idea pls tell me...
ps. i felt the same pain from my old boots and my new boots so it must be my foot
