salchow hurting my foot

the only jump where my left foot would feel a pain.. specially when im about to do the turn...

my boots are fine... but  i may have had it slightly tight but  still it really  and always does hurt my left foot!!!!!
liek when i do the three turn then jump...

other jump like toe loop and waltz jump is fine .

it is my favourite jump unfortunately it keeps giving me foot problem ...

am i the only one/?

pls help

Are you able to glide inside and outside curves without feeling that your ankle is straining to keep the edge?   Your blade might be misaligned which means that your ankle is not correctly positioned for the edge and the jump.


Can you comfortably glide straight on each foot for at least half the rink length?  Again if this is not possible and you are veering off to one side ,  the blade might need repositioning to the left or right of its present position.   This might only be a couple of millimeters.
