I went on the last one and really enjoyed and took useful stuff from it. Though If I'm honest the off ice time wasn't up to much it was more of a filler as they needed the ice for the academy kids

Adult Offensive Skills
Suitable for all players 18 years and over (male and female), of all skill levels wanting to improve their offensive hockey
On Ice Program (4 hours)
· Stick handling/deking/shooting
· Passing
· Offensive positional play
· 1v1, 2v2, 3v3
· Match play
Off Ice Program (1hour)
· Hockey specific skills with stick and glove
· Shooting machine (testing accuracy and shooting speed)
Cost £40 (£20.00 cancellation admin fee unless medical note produced)
