ISS Master Class - Cardiff 8th June

International School of Skating are holding a 'Master Class' on Saturday 8th June in Cardiff
Cost is £40 per skater
The coaches will be Yuri Bureiko, Marina Serova, Vicky Ogden, Susanna Bureiko
Group 1 - 4.30pm/8pm (on-ice 45mins, dance 30mins, on-ice 45mins, off-ice 45mins)
Group 2 - 4:15pm/7:45pm (off-ice 45mins, on-ice 45 mins, dance 30mins, on-ice 45mins)

Thanks for posting this, I am signing up!  Never been to one of these before but they said it would be ok for me (level 7 Skate UK).  Hope I'm not the only adult though

Phew, that makes me feel better.  I am also nervous about not being good enough though - I only scraped level 7 and so my 3 turns are atrocious!  Am now working on level 8 and can just manage mohawks and can do backwards crossovers.  In one direction they are the beginner step-over version and the other direction I can do the advanced version where you keep your outside foot down.  The organiser checked with the coaches and they said level 7 upwards was fine.  I just don't want to look an idiot when everyone else can do all the moves perfectly!

Don't worry, I think we will be divided up according to ability. The other person I know who is doing it is on skate UK levels as well. you won't look like an idiot, and I'm sure the camp will improve the skills you are worried about!

I am thinking about doing it and I know another Adult from the Cardiff Skating that I belong to is also thinking about it (she is waiting for my decision  )
