One of my Skate UK coaches said my ankles tended to supinate a bit and she wasn't wrong. I can tell by the wear on the heels of my normal footwear. Will try ankle supports though, before I look for more expensive solutions. That worked last time round.
As for arm positions, I will experiment with both arms and see which works better for me. As I'm not trying to pass levels this time, a bit of unorthodox style isn't such a big deal if I can hold my edges for longer. But thanks for the advice.
