I think Skate uk level 4 or 5 is pretty much the minimum you could be and benefit from a camp (other than one exclusively for low skate uk levels), unless you learn very quickly. That's because you'll have the basics such as edges, gliding, ability to transfer weight from one foot to another (chasses, crossovers), turning (two foot turn) etc. These are a foundation that gives coaches something to work with. Even if you can't do a three turn, you can do a two foot version for example, but if you can't glide on one foot on an edge, there's not much you could do at a mixed level camp.
