Garmisch ice dance course 2013 12 -18 August

Ill be attending this course for he third time,  the weeks intensive skating makes a massive difference to my skating skills and its so much fun

I can't do brackets or rockers on one foot but was interested to see the two-foot rocker version as that is something I have been taught!
 
With some of the tuition, it did look as if there was a lot of standing around but I guess the video was edited to leave out the skating and when you finally danced to music.

The individual dances are broken down step by step with both male and female steps being demonstrated and then the skaters gi off to practice that particular piece until the dance is all linked together from beginning to end to form a whole dance.Hope this helps

Do the three or more coaches come round giving tips or comment whilst you 'put the steps together' though?

Yes and then you have a go at dancing it to music, the two younger coaches also provide a demonstration of the dance so you know what you're aiming for

That's very complimentary, but I've managed to hit a stumbling point with my skating as last time I went on I managed to have a bit attack of being scared  .
