My dad gave me a joint birthday/Xmas pressie in September, money for skating which went on entry for a spin spiral jump comp and some extra lessons. And my mum gave me money for new blades but I had them early coz my old blades were on their last legs!

Sadly no skating stuff for me, but my now ex-boyfriend did give me some money (£60). He said he still wanted me to have it, even though we're not together any more. Now the question is, do I use it for a load of lessons (I could get 10 out of that amount) OR, do I use it towards my first skating dress (to be bought when I'm landing some jumps/when I pass Gold/when I feel like it)?

My parents did get me my skates for my birthday, and my skating hoodie though, so I'm not totally without skating related stuff, just none on Christmas Day :)

It would be wouldn't it not sure the rink marshals would approve if I turned up with a club though.  I just fancied skating a little smarter from time to time so a nice pair of smart but spacious, breathable golf trousers are just the ticket :)

Ohhh tough question! :)   I vote for more lessons.  That way you'll get to your goal of jumps/passing Gold even faster!  :)
