great article for better balance

I found this cuz I'm struggling a bit with balance and it's got a few ways to better the balancing :d  Smaller people have a lower centre of gravity so us taller people need to strengthen and work harder.

great find and interesting reading. haha ive got no chance at my age i tend to fall whilst standing up i loose my balance, no way i could stand and put a sock on on 1 foot!!

50 and only started Off-Ice skating this year! got no local rink but found these new off-ice skates - which mimmick the ice so its the closest im going to get to learn to skate. I have trouble lifting 1 foot off the ground

I had the same issue at first but it gets easier, I wanna buy off ice skates too cuz my local rink is an hour away , are they good ? Is there a money back guarantee do you know ?
