 :) Forward drags are simple. Start with the t position and push off doing two skates, then gradually lower your leg behind you.

 ;) Three turns are also easy. Again put your feet in the t position and push off. Lift your leg and quickly turn to backwards with your leg up still.

i have one tip for you and thats

BEND YOUR KNEES!!!!!!

my coach always goes on about me for not bending my knees, and i must agree, if u dont then it makes skating quite hard in most of the elements. well for me anyway!!  ;D

Jumps: 3 jump, salchow, toe loop, loop, flip, lutz, loop loop and flip loop combos
           
Spins: upright, sitspin, cross toe spin, (working on camel spin & backspin)
