I am not a coach so this is just my personal opinion. You don't have to take this advice.
I think that your entrance is not great. Not very bad, but just doesn't help you. I think you are going a bit too much to the left when stepping on the L outside edge (you are stepping outside the circle you made by your R inside edge). That has impact on the power when you bring the free leg around, so you are not spinning very quickly and therefore have to hold it much longer than you would have to if you were spinning quicker. The spin is slowing down a lot so there may be also some balance issues-not being exactly on the right spot of blade, perhaps a bit of toe pick? Even just a tiny bit... Check the ice what tracing you make. If double lines, you are on your toe rake, even if the sound is not 'that bad'.
On the positive side, you have a very nice and low position, lovely straight back...
If I were you, I would concentrate more on the beginning of the spin. Do the crossovers properly, strong pushes so that you get the power. Do also properly the top half of the body - the wind up - because that helps with the spin (you seem to be doing it only because "it is supposed to be there" but it seems to me that it is not helping you as it should.) Then step more to the right (like if you want to step more towards the inside of the circle. Hold the free leg back for as long as you can and then do the whip around quite strongly. That should give you the power and if you manage the balanace, you should last much longer.
Please bear in mind that any changes with your technique will take time and it may not work immediately. It would be best if you did that with your coach. You need regular feedback when you change things. And as I said, I am not a coach.
