How much are the private lessons at ur rink cos they're rele cheap at ours...

Had u ever been skating b4 (i mean before u had any lessons)?

No i hadnt ever been skating before i started taking lessons.

The private lessons are £7.50 or more for 15 mins n u have to pay for the ice time aswell.

Good to be skating backwards in only 3 weeks then :)

Those lessons are soo expensive no wonder u have a group lesson :(

lol i kno! i need to save up for them. Saving up for a car and car insurance tho so its hard!

Do you know of any other ice rinks in the West Midlands?

Planet Ice Coventry and Silver Blades Cannock both charge £7.50 for 15 mins private lesson.  At Telford it's £6 but I think the coaches at Coventry and Cannock are better.  It is a lot of money but you will find that you progress much more quickly and you are more likely to learn the techniques correctly instead of learning bad habits.  This is because your coach will only be watching you!  Even a couple of lessons a month are worth doing.

Hi Abbi,

I skate at Solihull - I'm on the 1030am lessons - Thank god for the lie in! Which coach do you have?  I have been taught by Cathy, Lyn & Duncan and now have Sarah.

Are you enjoying it? 

The backwards lemons really help skating backwards!  Good Luck!

wow! Claire, finally i met some one who skates at my rink! Which level r u on?

I dont know the name of my coach, shes got quite long brown hair. shes a student from sheffield.

I have my lesson at 10am

I love skating, cant wait to move on to level 3
