im starting skatting with a personal coach for the first time on sunday ive only actuly been skatting 3 times i love it and i love watching compertitoins. witch is why i wanted to start but i dont have that much money so am only taking fornitly lesons and going to practice evry second week is there anything i can do at home to improve my skills for the first level? would becoming more flexerble help?

passed levels 2 and 3 now, when i get to level 5 i might do hockey is it really hard to get used to hockey boots after skating in figues.
