So my coach has the new Skating Skills levels and I got to try the level 1 exercises in my lesson today.

I really prefer them, they flow so much more easily and I can see myself using some of them in my warm up and practicing them willingly!

Returned to the ice in Sept 2017 after a major leg injury in 1999. Skating in Risport Royal Pro and MK Gold Star. Still scary after all these years...

If you look at section 2.3 Judged Levels;
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Ice_Skating
Sections marked; Interim XXX 2020
Sliding on frozen water is the easy part of ice skating.

As a taster, the outside edges now include a chasse before each edge.
