Yes, Jan Andrews does coach ice dance at Swindon.
Also the Wednesday evening public session (19:45 to 21:45) includes two 20 minute ice dance sessions where they clear the public off the ice to create space for the dancers. The session is usually not that busy (a bit like a public patch ice) but occasionally get a group turn up but generally most public skaters leave at the second dance interval so there is plenty of space.
