Do you add bra pads and if so how?  Or just wear a shaped bra.  The dress has a v neck and darts to shape the bra section but looks vile with a sports bra which pulls the boobs down.  So instead of mountain peaks, we have rolling hills!

You build bra pads into the lining of the dress.  You can do this with standard bra pads from a haberdashery or you can get clever and actually sacrifice and stitch in a favourite style of bra, complete with any underwiring, around to the side seams of the costume.  Make sure you attach it to the lining, though, not the outer fabric.
Returned to the ice in Sept 2017 after a major leg injury in 1999. Skating in Jackson Elite Pro & MK Vision Syncro. Still scary after all these years.

Thanks.  It has a lining I can sew the cups into and make sure no stitching shows on the outside.  I think the Lycra is thick enough to pull everything tight and not have to much bounce going on.
