Hi everyone
It's been quite a while since I posted on here! I do still drop in occasionally and read some threads though
I came across these through Facebook and emailed for some more details, which he kindly sent me - pasted below FYI.
I'd be interested to hear from anyone who has been on any of their previous skate camps - what were they like?
Dear Skaters,
We are delighted to release the first Hanretty skate camp dates for 2015!
As with all of our skate camps, we are offering 7 hours of private ice time on each course and at least two off ice classes over the two days. An evening get together will be organised on the middle night of each camp at a nearby restaurant for skaters to enjoy socialising and catching up. The total course fee will be £155 per skater with a £75 deposit necessary to secure booking.
April 2nd and 3rd 2015.
Adult Components camp.
Following on from the success of last year's summer components camp, we are hosting a repeat course for adult skaters to work on skating skills, transitions, choreography, interpretation, performance and execution. Minimum standard: level 1 field moves.
April 23rd and 24th 2015.
Adult Ice Dance Camp.
This year's 2015 camp will focus on some of the pattern dances used throughout the 2015 adult competition season and also the chance to learn some new hints and tips for variations and free dance elements. Minimum standard: skate UK gold passport.
July 9th and 10th 2015.
Adult skating skills camp.
A chance to work on fundamental skating skills which will transform each skater's look of class across the ice. Open to both singles skaters and ice dancers. Minimum standard: Skate UK gold passport.
