The brand of boot that suits you best depends quite a lot on your foot type. Risport boots tend to be far more narrow, so would only be suitable for narrow feet. What are you skating in now? If you are already skating in Risport and the fit is okay on your foot, then they would be a good boot to buy.
I am doing elements from Skate UK 9/10 and Passport bronze and I have Risport Lasers, the equivalent of the new Risport RF4s. They are perfect up to single jumps and don't have a huge break in time either which is a bonus! Risport RF3 are much stiffer so would take a long time to break in - I asked my coach about getting these and he told me that they would be too stiff for my level and my size. A stiffer boot like RF3s would not suit you if you are quite small and might harm your skating more than do good. I was tempted too, but then I realised that the Risport Lasers/RF4s are absolutely perfect.
I have never skated in Jacksons so cant advise you on them but if you decide to go for Risport, I would suggest RF4s rather than RF3s. As the people on this forum said to me, the RF3 is too stiff for Skate UK/beginning jumps.
Have fun choosing your new boots
