Thought it would be a good idea to set a goal to work at over May and see if we are able to achieve and if we dont why, we can all take part as each goal is personel.
Mine are :
1. Forward progresive runs in a figure of 8 (in killian hold) (Hopefully pass next Sat)
2.Backward open Chasses in a serpantine (neraly done this one HE HE )
3.Backward progresive runs in a figure of 8 gggrrrr
4. A 7 step sequence (nearly perfected this) coach keeps changing steps to more difficult ive caught on now and pretend to struggle (sssshhh dont tell)
This is also good to look back on good luck
