Skating Tights (over boot)

Hi everyone, wondering if someone could possibly help me in my situation.

I cannot find a pair of over boot tights that will fit over my skates! I am a size 8 (foot) and therefore my skates are a 9 (adult female).

I have bought XL Body Wrappers, but they just don't fit over my skates!

Hi :)
This might not be very helpful if you live far away from London but there are plenty of skate shops in London such as 'Blue room' in Marble arch which stock all different sorts of skating equipment for all sizes, i bet there will be some tights in there to fit your boots!
