Hi!

Im Gaelflyn, 31 and just skate for fun! Am about to start going regular again, this time next week I should no doubt be all achey lol.

Am about to introduce my 4 year old son to ice skating too! Also trying to get his dad to come with regular too, as I think it will be helpful to have both of us there whilst our son gets used to it!

hi... i'm revisiting ice skating at the ripe old age of 58!  i can tell you that the ice is a lot more slippery than it was when i was 15. 

i took up rollerblading 5 years ago and found it helped a lot when i took to the ice again just before christmas.

its a great way to keep fit and supple and very relaxing. unfortunately there is no ice rink near my home, i have to travel a good hour to get to my nearest ice rink but its worth it.

hello well im 13 years old and i live around romford essex area. im looking to take skating lessons as i enjoy it soo much. But i am a complete beginner at this kind of thing..i need to know a good ice rink that teaches welll..because as i learn to skate..i would like to take part in competitions. and i also need to know where to buy decent skates nd dresses at a reasonable price..

soo plzz anybody that knows anyfing about this..

Hi im charlotte,
im starting iceskating lseons on sunday nd im dead excited. but ive only been 3 times before. has anyone got any tips on fings i can do before i go. Does flexerbuility and strength come into it?
